TierPoint needed to support ultra-high-density GPU workloads for a customer deploying AI and HPC applications. Traditional cooling methods couldn’t meet the demands of dynamic, high-power loads across hundreds of servers.
Solution
TierPoint deployed 324 DDC S-Series cabinets in a new 26,000 sq. ft. facility. The S-Series platform offered:
- Support for up to 50kW per cabinet
- Dynamic cooling that adjusts in real-time
- A closed-loop system with no net new water usage
- Integrated fire suppression, biometric security, and DCIM software
